You bring this with completed studies in the field of computer science or business with high IT affinity or a comparable training with several years of professional experience in requirements engineering Experience in the management of agile projects (e.g. Scrum) and project management Office (PMO) Experience values in implementing requirements in the environment of Salesforce, SAP desirable Advantageous knowledge of sales and recruitment processes for engineering and IT services Experience in the formulation of requirements in the form of User Stories Very good communication skills as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, WRD, XLS) Certified as CPRE (Certified Professional Requirements Engineer) Foundation Level or the willingness to acquire this Good knowledge of English in word and writing (B2 level)
