Advice and support of executives in all human matters within a defined business area Independent global recruitment of professionals and managers Participation in the optimal design and professional implementation of HR processes around the employee lifecycle Takeover of the Training-&-Development Process Close cooperation with all interfaces of global human resources (including personnel handling, payroll) as well as other internal departments Support in implementing corporate strategies to improve employee and corporate performance Own acquisition of HR projects and participation in larger cross-functional projects

Economics degree with a focus on staff and Human resources Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Secure knowledge of labour law Versified and routined handling of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) Confidential handling of a personal information system Very good communication in German and English as well as interest in work in an international environment Reliable and structured operation, sense of responsibility and service orientation
