Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

In your position as a manager (m/w/d) digital transformation, you take responsible tasks in developing digital processes, optimizing software solutions and implementing innovative digital concepts. In detail, this means: You develop our digitalization strategy together with the management and implement it throughout the company. You analyze existing processes, identify digitization potentials and develop efficient, automated workflows. You introduce digital solutions and software applications, optimize them continuously and support our employees in their application. You accompany digitization projects, develop practical solutions for our planning processes and support the optimization of digital working methods. You work closely with departments, IT and external service providers and coordinate digital developments. You create training opportunities, advise employees and executives on digital topics and bring new technologies and trends to the company.

You want to actively shape the digital future of a growing engineering company. You master the German language fluently in word and writing.
