You are responsible for the lifecycle management of IT products for financial applications in the non-SAP-ERP environment In close cooperation with SV Sparkassen-Versicherung you will develop tailor-made solutions for the technical requirements Your IT products are available in a central CMDB and you will start the necessary documentation and emergency manuals You have the role as an interference case manager:in and take over the coordination and organization of the interference case processing As part of troubleshooting, you carry out disturbance analyses and remedies, document them and manage them with Jira Your task is at the interface between IT, external IT service providers and IT service management In agile projects, you will participate from conception to implementation, e.g. as technical project management

You have completed a study of the subject (economic) informatics or an education as a specialist. Alternatively, you have acquired comparable knowledge in practice Ideally you have experience in application management for financial applications in the SAP ERP environment Within Windows and Linux operating systems, you can safely move Technical challenges in server support, process automation, as well as for authorization and architecture topics You like to work structured, think logically and find yourself well in complex relationships Teamwork is self-evident and otherwise you are open to new ideas and approaches
