For more than 45 years, the cancer company Rheinland-Pfalz has been supporting affected persons and their relatives in all psychosocial concerns about cancer. In the family project “Mama/Papa has cancer” we accompany children, adolescents and families in which a parent is ill with cancer. With experiential educational offers, family activities and personal accompaniment, we create spaces for exchange, relief and new perspectives. For our family project “Mama/Papa has Cancer” we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement for our location in Ludwigshafen as soon as possible.

with 20 hours per week

You support our team in particular in the following areas: Conception, organisation and accompaniment of experiential group offers for children, adolescents and families in which a parent is ill with cancer Participation in the planning and implementation of family activities and family periods, which take place partly on weekends Creation and maintenance of documentation, reports and project-related documents

You are currently in a study programme of social work, pedagogy, educational sciences or a comparable field of expertise. You meet children, adolescents and families in stressful situations of life with empathy and appreciation. You are characterized by loadability, organisational skills and an independent operation. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You have a class B licence.
