Own-responsible management of the dinner-show restaurant incl. station distribution, service sequence and team management Personal, present and active host in the show restaurant Sensitive care of our guests during the multi-course menu Close coordination and cooperation with the kitchen execution of orders as well as booking and cash system handling Compliance with our high quality standards Training and motivation of the service team in a dynamic environment With design during further expansion of the show and concept area

Complete training in the restaurant or hotel compartment or comparable experience in the service area Professional experience in à la carte and banquet service Excellent host qualities, empathy and communication strength Experience in team management and organisation of service teams Good knowledge of how to use cash systems and reservation tools Structured, independent working and sense of responsibility Sales talent and pleasure in personal guest experience
