Data acquisition in ERP system Coordination and ensuring the timely and professional handling of packaging and shipping processes Loading of forwarding vehicles Close cooperation and communication with the interface partners in the organization Operational cooperation in the daily business - commissioning and packaging of orders Further development of warehouse and logistics systems Continuous optimization of workflows to increase quality and throughput in daily business Stock records and bookings Commissioning orders in the ERP system Creating shipping documents Planing and filing of freight by freight forwarders and freight transporters Ensuring compliance with safety and order throughout the storage area

Complete training in logistics At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant areas (storage, logistics, shipping, receipt of goods) or in a corresponding environment Safe handling of MS Office, safe handling in ERP systems, ideally proAlpha, experiences with foreign systems to pro Alpha desirable Joy in improving and optimizing processes Engagement and a hand-on mentality Reliable operation as well as a pronounced team capacity Experience in the operation of industrial trucks incl.
