Consultant Banking Technology and Security (m/f/d)

Our mission: strong private banks for a strong economy. Our team of banking technology and security is looking for reinforcement by you as a speaker or speaker (w/m/d). This is an unlimited full-time job (39 hours per week) which is not part-time for work organization reasons. The team of banking technology and security deals with topics for a fast, efficient and compliance-compliant further development of bank IT and procedures in a very dynamic environment. These include the further development and safeguarding of infrastructures and the integration of innovative solutions and new technologies into banking processes, such as biometry, open banking, cloud services.

You support our team in key future topics of banking technology – from new technologies and innovative processes in bank-related processes, through digital communication channels in the customer-bank relationship to cyber and IT security in banking and financial market infrastructures, as well as the design and development of digital identities (eID).

You actively contribute your expertise to projects of the Banking Association and shape their implementation.

You prepare technical positions and refer to your topics in the bodies of the banking association.

You represent the interests of private banks towards politics, ministries, supervisory authorities and business associations at national and European level.

You plan and organize special events and continuously build your network in relevant institutions and organizations.

You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with an economic orientation or a comparable technical focus.

You have experience in project work and work structured, targeted and reliable – even in complex topics.

You are convinced by analytic and conceptual strength, bringing engagement and your own ideas and working independently, flexibly and with curiosity on new topics.

You are confident and confident of high-ranking representatives from politics, supervisory authorities and banks in Germany and abroad.

You have very good oral and written expressive qualities in German and English, and you are safe to negotiate in both languages.

You are able to direct workgroups and bodies and to conduct discussions structuredly to results.

You bring with you a strong understanding of political relations and you are sensitive to the tension of the work of the association.
