You have passion for gastronomy, but Durian and Halo-Halo are foreign words for yourself? With your job on board, you will see the edge of the plate and do not serve dishes, but experiences: You are the right hand of the restaurant supervisor and together you are responsible for the smooth running of your service area, consisting of several service stations. Support in the classification, instruction, training and motivation of the assigned waiters and senior waiters with appropriate documentation Briefing of the respective menu to your team Presence in the assigned restaurant during service periods Contact person for suggestions, suggestions and feedback in the service Duration of your first assignment: 5 - 6 months, subsequent subsequent contracts possible Your entry is based on your availability in connection with the deployment planning on board and is generally possible all year round every day of the month.

You bring it on board: You have a completed training in the hotel or restaurant area and/or professional experience, ideally also first leadership experience. You are reliable and resilient and have no problem with looking over the edge of the plate. Your own organization is in your blood, at the same time you are an absolute team player. As a communication professional you have very good German and good English skills.
