Optimization of processes in client management by automation and improvement of installation and maintenance tasks with the focus on requirements from R & D projects (70%) Support of application servers in the research departments for research and development projects, taking into account the questions from the research and development departments Adapting client devices according to changing requirements in the research projects Support, administration and optimization of client infrastructure after cloud migration based on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender Creating a knowledge base based assyst in the field of incident management with workaounds and suggested solutions for faster processing of faults and for the ITT service desk Creating documentation (system descriptions, operating manuals, online help) of system documentation First Level and Second Level Support for Fraunhofer SIT Darmstadt client systems: (30 %) Planning, configuration, installation and management of client computer systems including remote maintenance of client devices Consultation of users when questioning software and hardware Installation and administration of application servers Dissolving application problems Working with the development of processes to optimize standard workflows and to automate services and selfservices for users, in the field of client management and service operation

Completed IT training (manufacturer) or comparable skills or experience Detectable experience in managing and securing modern client infrastructures based on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Defender Experience in the maintenance and administration of operating systems under Linux, Windows, Mac and client management systems. Optimal experience with Empirum from Matrix42 Experience in service-oriented-structured work by ITIL Experience in implementing change management processes Experiences in the implementation of service design processes Loadability and independent operation as well as flexibility, team capacity and communication strength
