Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

Advice at eye level: As a savings partner for our facilities and regions, you support the economic management of personnel use. Figures at a glance: You analyze and monitor personnel key figures, identify optimization potentials and conduct appropriate measures together with the operational managers. Planning & Control: You create personal planning, forecasts and cost-effectiveness analyses and actively accompany the HR budget process. Responsibility: The calculation and analysis of personal provisions as well as other personal economic evaluations are in your hands. Creating decision bases: You create regular reports, ad hoc analyses and sound decision templates for management and operational units. Designing the future: You are actively involved in the further development of our personal controlling system and in the optimization of processes and reporting structures. Strong interface: You work closely with personnel, finance and operational facilities and support strategic and operational projects.

Foundation: Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, personnel, finance or a comparable qualification. Relevant practice: First professional experience in staff or HR control or financial control with a strong focus on personnel costs and personnel control. Analytical Strength: Very good numerical understanding as well as pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. Communication & Solution Competence: Pleasure to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible way and to develop sustainable solutions together with our institutions as a competent respondent. Expertise: Solid knowledge of personnel planning and personnel cost management, ideally complemented with experience in the field of personalised provisions. IT & Tool Affinity: Secure handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP) as well as excellent MS Excel knowledge; Experiences with Lucanet and Power BI are a big plus. Personality: A structured, independent way of working, communication strength and real joy in constructive cooperation with different disciplines.
