Team Leader Electrical Operational Safety (m/f/d)

As a team leader (operation manager), you are the strategic head and the central axis for operational excellence in your region. You run one of our most important service teams and make sure that our top-quality technology comes to the customer with the highest service quality. Strategic team management & coaching: Take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a high-performance team of up to 20 DPS service technicians / inside. Promoting talent and know-how development to actively advance the technical expertise and career paths of your employees. Operational & Technical Responsibility: Responsible control and coordination of complex testing and maintenance projects with our top customers (B2B). Ensuring and continuous optimization of the test quality and process performance in compliance with all statutory requirements according to DGUV V3 and V4. Interface Management & Stakeholder Communication: You act as the first escalation and communication stage for customer presence and as a central interface between your team and regional management. Performance & Process Optimization: Responsibility for KPI controlling, regular reporting (progresses, key figures, project results) to the regional management. Initiation and implementation of measures to increase efficiency in the operational processes. Regional resource management: Responsibility for operational planning, capacity utilisation and the organisation of administrative team processes.

You are an experienced leader who understands technology, develops people and loves operational processes. Expertise in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics: Completed training as an electronic (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), electrician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a study (e.g. electrical engineering, energy & building technology, mechatronics). Proven experience as an electric specialist (EFK) of at least 2 years is absolutely necessary. Leadership and Project Management Excellence: Multiannual professional experience in a comparable, senior function in technical service or operations. Founded leadership experience (technical and/or disciplinary) and a proven track record in personnel development and motivation. Secure control of project coordination and management. Entrepreneurship: Very good commercial understanding and a pronounced service mentality that sustainably strengthens our customer relationships. Regional presence (postcodes 32, 33, 34, 37, 39, 99): Your residence is ideally located in the mentioned catchment area or in the immediate vicinity, in order to optimally support and coach your team in the field of external services.
