Network Engineer - DDoS / BGP / Automation (m/w/d)

You develop and adapt the logic to protect DDoS attacks, especially on network level You opt for the pipelines for automatic detection and mitigation of attack patterns and their reporting using flow data You support the team by providing automated operational processes and rollouts of the network components for readiness You provide interfaces for other teams to integrate into the hosting products You administrate and destroy the router infrastructure of our defense products You support the set goals through an efficient operating architecture, active lifecycle management and lean processes in an agile DevOps environment

You have several years of experience in operating network components and JUNOS as a Network Operating System You have very good experience with the BGP Routing Protocol and BGP Flowspec You have experience with Linux-based network filters options such as Netfilter, nftables, eBPF or XDP You operate and develop highly available software artifacts in the programming or script languages: C, Go, Python, Rust, Bash You have practical knowledge and use Open Source Routing services such as Frrouting and GoBGP You use infrastructure as a code with ansible and automation as an important part of your working methods
