You are the first contact person for our patients, patients, instructors and ensure that all necessary information and documents are available for a smooth reception and stationary stay. The heart-surgical placement is the link between all actors involved in an OP planning and takes on an important key role. The activity requires a high degree of self-responsibility, communication and team skills, but offers you regulated working hours without shiftwork and free weekends. In coordination with heart surgeons, you are planning independently examination and treatment chains and evaluating patient data In addition, in close consultation, you plan heart surgery and stationary stays and manage direct laying from other clinics after assessing the urgency by the medical college To assess the indication for these interventions, you will collect the necessary data from patients, findings and other medical documents, prepare them and estimate the further action in consultation with the medical service As part of your activities, you create digital files from patients and maintain the calendar of (OP) appointments As a contact person for patients, you are available for questions about their stay or surgical planning In addition, you communicate closely with partner clinics and instructors Signs and maintain the various communication channels for the area (e-mail, mail and telephone)
