Contract and Supplement Manager (m/f/d)

You strengthen the contractual position of the BLB NRW vis-à-vis contractors for matters in land construction, accompany construction projects in preventive contract and claim management and assist in the creation of the VOB-compliant correspondence You advise and support project participants in the award of freelance services (e.g. AHO, HOAI, BGB) and construction services (VOB, BGB, VHB) You shall cooperate in the preparation and verification of tendering and awarding documents with You accompany contract and follow-up negotiations and examine final accounts in disputed cases You analyse yield causes and develop strategies for sustainable yield avoidance in future construction projects (Lessons Learned) You assist in the payment of fees for external planning offices, experts and other project participants You develop existing contract patterns, develop innovative contract and award strategies and promote knowledge transfer within the enterprise.

You have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Industrial Engineering, Economic Law or in a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position in contract management, claim management or in project purchase You bring well-founded knowledge in contract and contract law (BGB, VOB, HOAI, VgV etc.) and ideally possess knowledge in the handling of construction-related supplements A self-confident appearance, address-oriented communication and the joy of cross-departmental cooperation are of course for you Embossed analytical skills, number affinity as well as solution-oriented aging You are routined in dealing with standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) as well as open up to acquire the use of in-house applications, e.g. SAP You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E12 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
