Your tasks:

The Kindervilla Dassendorf takes up girls and boys aged 3 to 10 years, who need continuous and intensive care in an educational setting. The basis for this is a help plan for which you work in cooperation with the Youth Office, the caregiver and the young person.

• They accompany the children in everyday life & work closely with the family of origin
• Concept work
• Systemic intervention / consulting
• Participation in planning perspectives for children is very important to us
• Responsible compliance with procedures in the establishment and takeover of administrative tasks (document of reports, HPG, care guide)
• They create a safe environment for children and adolescents with clear rules and routines, are trusting and appealing persons and bring a high level of enforcement
• Supporting the educational, organizational and conceptual development of the institution
• Close and cooperative cooperation with the management level
• You work together in the team at the location with the colleagues
• Responsibility of administrative tasks
• Your ideas are in demand: in regular team sessions and supervisions, you can contribute and develop the pedagogical concept
• They maintain contact with youth offices and cooperation partners and represent the IB internally and externally
• You work in shiftwork ( day services are always double-occupied)
