You are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Java-based backend systems in implementation projects, including a modular service architecture based on your own platform aixigo:BLOXX The technical leadership of a development team as well as the support and guidance of the developers (m/w/d) are also part of your responsibility, working closely with our business consultants (m/w/d) who support our implementation projects professionally You are a multiplier of knowledge about the use of the aixigo:BLOXX platform in your own project or in the project of a customer or implementation partner and thus a very important success factor of these projects. In projects based on aixigo:BLOXX, which a customer or implementation partner performs independently, you can take a role as a coach (m/w/d) You are working closely with Business Consultants (m/w/d) and Analysts (m/w/d), Product Managers (m/w/d) and other stakeholders (m/w/d) in request analysis and implementation of new software solutions You support the creation of offers through your ability to overlook the implementation of requirements and anticipate their challenges You also make sure that the systems are developed taking into account performance, scalability and safety You keep up with new technologies and industry trends and let your knowledge flow into improving our technology landscape You participate in code reviews and give constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement You act as a technical expert (m/w/d) who leads, coaches and supports the development team

You have several years of practical experience in the architecture and design of modular systems, REST APIs or event-based interfaces In addition, you bring very good knowledge of Java programming, as well as practical experience with Apache Kafka and preferably Docker and Kubernetes You have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and design patterns and are familiar with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban With your excellent communication skills in German and English you convey technical concepts to non-technical interest groups You also have experience in managing a developer team and providing extensive systems You work structured, are reliable, show your own initiative and have fun at work in a (cool!) team
