Responsibility for the sustainable and efficient management of the shopping center as well as ensuring smooth operation and optimal return Control and control of all service providers and contracts (including security, cleaning, technology) and central contact person for tenants, service providers and visitors Takeover of the creation and management of additional costs, investment and marketing budgets and the management of Community costs Implementation of the annual marketing plan in cooperation with the central marketing department Analysis of rental rates for the identification of optimization and rental opportunities and the management of common areas Coordination of teams to check sales and ensure compliance with all environmental, safety and health standards Close cooperation in the Center Management team, characterized by mutual support and high quality orientation

Completed studies in the field of business management, management, hotel industry, trade or real estate management, or comparable training with business training Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the area of hotel ownership, real estate, retail or in the direction of a branch Experience in the leadership and motivation of small teams as well as pronounced communication, networking and interpersonal skills Strong economic, analytical and customer-oriented understanding Self-conscious, service-oriented appearance, high self-motivation and team skills Safe handling of MS Office German and good knowledge of English
