We are looking for a dedicated doctor or a dedicated doctor with heart, posture and palliative medical expertise to establish and build our SAPV team within our care service. Construction and co-design of the SAPV structure within our care service (processes, quality standards, interfaces, documentation). Medical care for SAPV patients in the home environment: symptom control, crisis intervention, therapy planning, predictive supply planning. Coordination and cooperation in the multi-professional team (care, cooperation partners, clinics, nurses, hospices). Advice and support of relatives – empathic, clear, viable, even in stressful situations. Participation in readiness according to SAPV requirements (structured planning, fair regulation). Participation in quality assurance and further development (case conferences, guidelines orientation, standards, training in the team).

Approbation as a doctor with additional name Palliativmedizin Experience in the care of the most severe and dying people (e.g. Palliativstation, Hospice, Oncology, General Medicine, Geriatrie, Anesthesia/Schmerzmedizin) High communicative competence: You can explain medically, give orientation and also bring difficult discussions respectfully. Team spirit and attitude: multi-professional work is not a concept for you, but a daily practice. Structure and sense of responsibility: You act forward-looking, document-proof and patient-oriented. Driving licence Class B (for home visits within the SAPV)
