Civil Engineer / Architect for Construction Management / Property Supervision (m/f/d)

You take care of the construction management of demanding projects and make sure that the processes from the award to completion are implemented smoothly, on time and quality. In detail, this means: You take over object monitoring and construction management in challenging construction projects. You carry out award procedures and accompany them professionally. You accompany general contractor and total contractor procedures as a technical advisor to the client, from the contract to the key transfer. You monitor the project controlling over all relevant phases. You advise clients and project partners technically. You ensure the quality, cost and timely implementation. You focus on the rear performance phases (HOAI LP 6–9). You like to meet challenges and want to further develop.
