Senior Digital Strategy Consultant (f/m/x)

As Senior Digital Strategy Consultant (f/m/x) you are a bridge builder:in between Business and Tech. You understand the requirements of our customers, analyze business models, identify potentials and develop KPI-driven digital strategies as well as new digital business models for B2B and B2C companies. Your task includes: Developing holistic digitalization strategies and co-designing innovative business models Analysis of the digital degree of maturity of our customers: Identification of relevant technology trends and translation in practical applications Conception and moderation of strategic workshops (e.g. Story Mapping, Design Thinking) with decision-makers: Joint development of solutions and the creation of a clear understanding between departments and IT Support the sales team in Presales phases through your strategic consulting expertise Creation of showcases and participation in demo scripts, presentations and use cases Detection of customer needs and problems and development of first solution concepts based on your experience

Essential Skills +5 years of experience in digital strategy, innovation consulting or IT Completed studies (TU/FH), ideally focusing on business & IT, innovation management or comparable Know-how in digital trends, innovation processes and technological developments in the web and mobile sector Ability to quickly penetrate complex technologies and translate them into customer-relevant strategies Passion for innovation and talent to inspire others Professional appearance, persuasiveness and excellent communication strength German and English skills Intercultural competence and readiness to travel (about 20%) Beneficial Skills Knowledge of data analysis (e.g. GA4 or comparable) Experience in Business Process Modelling Methodology competence in design thinking, business model canvas or comparable frameworks
