Damme | Full time | Training centre For our training center, we are looking for an instructor who, with pleasure, conveys the training profession of the welder to our junior staff.

Professional and educational support, accompaniment and evaluation of our trainees Planning, preparation and implementation of theoretical and practical training content and training on specific welding techniques and safety regulations switching and deepening of expertise in various welding processes (e.g. MIG, MAG, WIG) Cooperation with vocational schools and internal specialist departments and participation in the IHK Audit Committee Support in preparation for exams and certifications

Training as a welder, metal builder or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in welding as well as in-depth knowledge of various welding techniques First experiences in COBOT welding and laser welding Joy in dealing with young people and enthusiasm for training High level of sense of responsibility, communication skills, empathy and enforcement, as well as an independent and structured way of working Training examination desirable
