You take responsibility for building, developing and controlling company-wide digital processes By identifying optimization potentials, you bring new technologies with a focus on automation and artificial intelligence into the processes New standards for digital process landscapes are set to advance digitalization in the insurance sector Together with IT, you implement process automation and ensure their successful integration You develop automated reporting and data quality systems and continuously review process performance In agile projects, you work closely with internal and external partners and control the introduction of innovative solutions As an impulse provider, you bring technological innovations and actively promote the strategic development of processes You ensure excellence in operational implementation and sustainable automation You work closely with IT, customer consulting and the Product Owner to constantly develop our product
