The MEDIAN Salts Klinik Bad Salzdetfurth is a rehabilitation clinic in which stationary rehabilitation measures as well as follow-up treatments are carried out. Our clinic specialises in the rehabilitation of orthopaedic patients with 100 beds and psychosomatic patients with 94 beds. Interdisciplinary cooperation in a multi-professional team of doctors, care service, psychologists, specialist therapists Management tasks in the team of doctors, psychologists and social workers incl. Representation of clinical tasks Social medical assessment Training and supervision of assistant physicians and psychologists, employee training Creation and monitoring of reha plans and reports Working in the quality management of the department according to DRV and group specifications

German Approbation as a doctor Good knowledge of German language (C1 level) Specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or psychiatry and psychotherapy Psychotherapeutic experience and interest in group psychotherapy High commitment, performance and flexibility as well as strong communication skills and self-responsibility Willingness to co-design, leadership responsibility and organisational skills Willingness to continue and further training related to the subject and clinic
