Product Manager (m/f/d)

In line with the corporate strategy, you develop product strategies and roadmaps and ensure their implementation. You analyze market, technology and consumer trends for identifying opportunities and innovation fields. From this, you will guide specific product ideas and concepts including business cases and start economic analysis. You control the entire product life cycle from idea to market exit. In close cooperation with production, software, IT, QS, marketing, sales and purchasing, you initiate and accompany product development projects. You ensure compliance with quality and time requirements and are responsible for product data and documentation. You support internal and external communication on new products and product strategies.

You have already gained several years of professional experience in product management; ideally in the photo industry or in adjacent areas (e.g. print, imaging, digital consumer products). The focus here is on the experience, not the industry. You are familiar with the strategic product development and the management of complex product portfolios. You have a thorough understanding of product life cycles, market mechanisms and economic relationships. Experience in project management and the creation of business cases complete your profile. Your work is characterised by your own initiative, organizational skills and team skills. You think strategically and analytically with high result orientation. You are routined in handling product key figures and performance indicators.
