As a branch manager (m/w/d), you take the entrepreneurial responsibility for our branch – with a lot of design space, a well-established team and direct wire to the management.

Total responsibility: You assume the overall economic, human and operational responsibility for the branch at the Berlin-Reinickendorf site Leadership: In this role, you develop and motivate your existing team with 17 employees and build the site together Project control: You control and develop fire protection projects in compliance with technical, legal and economic conditions Budget & Controlling: Budget planning, monthly financial statements and regular analysis of economic results are your responsibility Customers & Market: Existing customer relationships are targeted, attract new customers and actively position the location in the Berlin area Quality & Compliance: You ensure that our quality, safety and business standards are complied with at any time. Market observation: You continuously test the regional market, recognize trends and derive growth and optimization potential. Reporting: In close cooperation with the management, you regularly report on the development and performance of the branch.

Technical or economic studies (e.g. civil engineering, TGA, fire protection, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in fire protection, construction or TGA environment and first to several years of leadership experience Entrepreneurial thinking, strength of decision and joy in building and further development Safe appearance to customers, partners and employees
