Technical design, planning and implementation of events, presentations, trade fair appearances and individual event formats – including the development of technically and economically sensible solutions in the fields of audio, light, video and set- and trade fair construction Creation of floor plans, 2D plans and 3D visualizations, for example for stages, seating variants, technical structures and event areas Creation of performance directories, calculation bases and technical schedules Identification and analysis of trends and technological innovations Collection and evaluation of offers of external service providers Coordination of trades, technical partners and suppliers Customer consulting & binding through active and proactive consulting services Monitoring of quality, dates, budgets and safety-related requirements Support for media production and the planning and implementation of presentation, content and access systems Processing, documentation and further development of technical standards and work processes

Complete training or studies in the field of media or event technology, architecture, technical planning or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in project management as well as in the technical planning and implementation of events, ideally in the field of media and event technology Safe handling of Vectorworks, ideally including spotlight Experience in creating 2D planning and meaningful 3D visualizations Knowledge of further planning, visualization, graphics or project management software is advantageous Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety requirements and rules of the event industry Impressed communication skills, problem-solving competence and decision-making strength, combined with team spirit, high quality and service requirements, a look for detail, flexibility and readiness to use Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Class B driving licence
