(Senior) Project Engineer Cost Control

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as (Senior) project engineer:in cost control (w/m/d) cost control for the project section Expansion TGA / Bahntechnik at the large project 2nd S-Bahn station for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich site. The project section TGA / Railway Engineering is responsible for the equipment of the underground stations Main Station, Marienhof and Ostbahnhof as well as the 7 km long tunnel connecting the stations including the four rescue shafts. Your tasks:

As a senior project engineer, you are responsible for managing the planning and construction costs of the awards within the project section: You take over the persecution of periodic and event related reporting at project costs as well as the complete and current project documentation Examination and coordination of cost planning with colleagues and internal and external partners is the focus of your task This includes the cross-linking and plausibility check of cost plans, ensuring the timeliness and stability of costs and nominal actual comparisons In cooperation with the commercial project management, you will take care of ensuring the proper, timely and budget-oriented use of funds At the same time, data management in the project management systems and their monitoring is your responsibility

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies with the field of civil engineer, economic engineer, building technology, BWL, project management or a comparable degree Professional experience in managing extension / TGA projects, ideally in the area of cost management Basic knowledge in the planning and construction processes of infrastructure measures Secure handling or ability to quickly incorporate workstation and project-related computer applications (MS Office, iTWO) You are characterized by a high level of responsibility and understanding as well as analytical, technical and economic thinking You have fun working in the team and a sympathetic and binding appearance It is understood to define goals and you always keep track of complex issues
