Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Support for ongoing financial accounting, in particular in creditor and debitor accounting Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices Preparation and implementation of payment transactions Maintenance and coordination of accounts and clarification of open items Support in dunning and auditing Processing and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data Support for monthly and annual work Deposit, documentation and management of accounting documents Cooperation with internal departments and external contact persons, e.g. tax advice, banks or service providers General administrative activities in the field of financial and accounting

You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally focusing on accounting, accounting or taxation. First experiences in accounting, financial accounting or commercial material processing are advantageous, but no requirement – important is a sound commercial basis. You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Knowledge of common accounting software is advantageous. You work carefully, structured and reliable, have a good understanding of numbers and also keep the eye for detail in case of recurring tasks. You are team-oriented, strong in communication and bring an independent and responsible way of working.
