Personnel recovery for selected departments, including monitoring of recruiting needs, creation of job alerts, preparation and implementation of job interviews Personal care and administration Advising the specialist departments and the associated employees in all personnel-relevant and labour-law issues Participation in recruitment measures, e.g. by participation in job fairs Working in projects of the headquarters and the branch in the construction and continuous development of personnel management

Successfully completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on human resources management or the like or completed commercial vocational training and comparable knowledge and skills Experience in recruiting specialists and executives as well as good knowledge in interview management Good knowledge of relevant legal areas (AGG, SGB IX, TzBfG, BEEG etc.) Safe handling of MS Office programs Occasionally readiness to travel within the branch That would be desirable: Knowledge of SAP HCM and OM as well as in SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Sensitivity, confidentiality and sense of responsibility Happy work in the team Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation
