Your role is crucial to orchestrate the symphony of the tastes that characterize our dining experiences and our first-class service. Your main tasks: Together with your team, you will ensure that everything is going around in our kitchen – for a culinary experience that delights our guests. You prepare food with passion and attention to detail and make sure that quality and presentation are right. You take responsibility for your tasks reliably: on time, professional and with a view to the whole. You actively support the implementation of our departmental goals and hotel initiatives. You keep an eye on costs and stocks, work closely with your supervisor and contribute to productivity. Hygiene is of course for you: you ensure compliance with all HACCP policies As a team player, you care for strong working relationships and live our values – every day.
