Construction Management Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the management and control of construction projects and ensure that targets, dates and budgets are met. In addition, you ensure high quality and successful implementation of the projects The technical responsibility for demanding housing projects in all phases – from planning to completion – lies in your area of responsibility You coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, such as authorities, architects:inside, technical engineers:inside, executive companies and general contractors:in order to ensure a smooth process You work closely with the Project Development, Marketing, Sales, Project Controlling and Law departments to successfully implement the projects and optimize processes The implementation of tenders and the award of contracts will help you by selecting suitable partners:inside and providing a fair and efficient award You will keep the dates, quality standards and budget in mind, control the project progress and analyse deviations in order to take countermeasures in time and minimize risks Ensuring regular reporting towards management, controlling and other departments is your responsibility

You have successfully completed a degree or master's degree in architecture or civil engineering You have several years of experience in project planning or control from residential properties to implementation You are well familiar with the latest technical developments in the construction industry You have experience in managing and negotiating with external service providers:inside and know how to build successful partnerships Characteristics in serial construction are desirable, but no compelling preconditioning Your communication strength, enforcing ability as well as your analytical and entrepreneurial way of thinking Secure handling of MS Office and MS Project; ideally also experience in handling SAP
