Project Manager Building Construction – Planning & Development (m/f/d)

Interdisciplinary teams work closely with architects, specialist engineers, authorities and other project partners to successfully develop complex projects from the first planning idea to the realization. To strengthen the planning team, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes responsibility for demanding projects in the performance phases 1–4.

Your duties

Planning responsibility: You take over the conceptual and technical responsibility for demanding construction projects in the performance phases 1–4 and accompany them from the first project idea to the mature planning. Project management: You coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams from architects and specialist engineers and ensure a structured, integral planning process. Quality, cost & dates: You are responsible for compliance with the defined project objectives with regard to quality, costs and dates and ensure economic and targeted planning. Cost management: You determine and evaluate construction costs, accompany cost development and create a resilient basis for economic project decisions. Communication & Interface Management: You control cooperation with internal and external project participants and provide solutions-oriented communication to ensure that complex requirements are implemented efficiently.

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in planning and project management – ideally on the part of an architectural or engineering office, a general company or a comparable project partner. You have a strong knowledge of project management and convince by organizational talent, a high target orientation and the ability to connect several project requirements with each other in a sovereign way. Good knowledge of the relevant building regulations and standards as well as practical experience in execution planning, construction design, calculation and contracting complete your professional profile. You work independently and entrepreneurially, communicate safely with different stakeholders and always keep in mind the quality, efficiency and perspective of the client.
