Accompanying development and industrialization projects from the early R&D phase to series release Early integration into R&D projects to secure an optimal supplier, cost and procurement strategy Development and implementation of project-specific procurement strategies in close coordination with R&D, project management, quality, production and supply chain Active support for R&D departments in the selection of suppliers, technical clarifications and in the evaluation of procurement alternatives Ensuring cost, quality, time and availability objectives within the projects Implementation of tenders, comparisons of tenders and cost, value and make-or-buy analyses Promotion and implementation of design-to-cost approaches together with R&D and suppliers Management of price, contract and framework negotiations with national and international suppliers Identification and implementation of cost optimization and standardization potentials Support for product changes, technical alternatives and supplier changes Representation of purchasing interdisciplinary project teams Tracking relevant key figures, risks, measures and milestones up to series start

A completed study in the field of business, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject is of advantage, but no advance. Multiannual experience in technical purchasing, project purchase or R&D-related purchasing, ideally in the industrial environment Very good understanding of development, industrialization and series start-up processes Experience in design-to-cost, cost analysis, supplier selection and contract negotiations Ability to transfer technical requirements together with R&D and suppliers to commercial solutions Safe occurrence in interdisciplinary project teams as well as strong communication and negotiation skills Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing International readiness to travel within the framework of supplier and project activities
