This is expected You advise customers, interested parties, existing customers as well as sales partners and multipliers competently on the support offers of the KfW banking group and the digital portal solutions such as mine.kfw.de. You are the first respondent in first and second level support and support complex issues with sound know-how. The participation in versatile projects and special tasks in the team completes your range of tasks. You work in a dynamic environment with a high focus on customer-oriented communication and technical solutions. Through your advice, you contribute significantly to the successful use of the KfW promotion programs and customer retention.

This will bring you A successfully completed training in banking as well as relevant experience in customer advice, support or complaint management. Ideally, first knowledge of the KfW banking group's support products as well as very good knowledge in MS Office and web applications. Excellent oral and written expressability in German as well as good English skills. Embossed customer orientation, team capability as well as high load capacity and target strength. Strong competencies in conflict management, high integrity, and the ability to quickly engage in complex issues and technical and regulatory issues.
