Holistic support of customer orders – from the order system to the dispatch and the invoice Examination of customer orders and frame orders for completeness, collection in the system and dispatch of order confirmations Coordination of order changes (e.g. cancellations or time delays) and active time tracking to ensure scheduled settlement Verification of material availability, clarification of miscellaneous parts with purchasing as well as support in internal orders and customer-specific contracts and buffer warehouses Maintenance of customer master files, debitors and customer portals as well as support of central mailboxes in the field of order management Organisation of customer shipments based on confirmed delivery dates including registration with shipping service providers, production of shipping documents and shipping documents as well as execution of the invoice Examination of customer credit limits and advancements as well as maintenance and depositing of freight costs in customer orders Active cooperation on projects and continuous improvement measures to optimize internal processes and processes

Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a comparable commercial/technical training Multiannual experience in order management, customer service, supply chain or similar fields; ideally familiar with complex processes Very good understanding of order and material flow processes Experience in process engineering (e.g. process optimization, continuous improvements) Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel; Experience in working with digital customer portals of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; other foreign languages are welcome High conception, structured and independent working, strong service orientation, team skills and communication strength in contact with customers and internal interfaces
