Execution of control steps to ensure the order and the correct overall condition of the supervised objects Small repairs in the field of domestic installations (e.g. sanitary, lighting, doors, locks) Operation and monitoring of technical facilities in cooperation with the service technician team Contact for tenants and service providers on site Initiation of emergency measures in the event of disturbance or emergency Support in the coordination of foreign companies and maintenance work Documentation of performed activities and feedback to the object management

Completed professional or technical training, preferably from one of the utilities HKLSE First experience in building services or in technical facility management desirable Service-oriented and reliable operation German knowledge (at least B2) Driving licence class B required Willingness to flexible working hours and regional mobility (use in different objects in the Ruhr area and in Düsseldorf)
