Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

the processing of undue and titulated receivables, possibly also receivable management

the written and, if necessary, telephone correspondence with debtors, lawyers, courts, courts as well as the client and other parties

the processing of input (possibly objective control of fees and cost accounting)

the meeting of payment agreements based on the framework of competence

regular documentation and monitoring of the payment agreement in the collection system

the provision of limited powers to deviate from standard procedures

the processing of extra-judicial debt settlement plans within the prescribed framework of competence

have completed a training for lawyers and notaries or a commercial training, preferably with experience in the debt collection industry or a comparable qualification.

have acquired practical knowledge and skills through training or through professional experience

First professional experience in the field of receivable management, including enforcement, judicial dunning and insolvency proceedings could collect

Good knowledge of German as well as a secure written expression

knowledge of MS Office packages
