Infrastructure and Site Management Engineer – Temporary (m/f/d)

Development, maintenance and new construction of buildings Ensure compliance and functionality of fire protection systems Manage the building documents at the site Maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities Project execution (incl. planning, costing, controlling, documentation, if necessary lead by interdisciplinary project teams) Monitor and coordinate service providers and commissioned trades as well as contract design and negotiation with contract partners Working with budget creation and responsibility for the budget Create and maintain technical documents and plans in compliance with pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements Contact person for property issues, property insurers and the internal insurance department Ggfs. Building cleaning and pest control

Completed technical training, preferably in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification Complete training on fire protection officer Multiannual professional practice in building technology or a comparable area Experience in the field of project processing Safe handling of standard software such as CAD, MS Office etc. GMP knowledge desirable Great organizational talent, high performance and ability to act independently Systematic, analytical and quality-oriented operation Outstanding sense of responsibility Commitment, Enforcement, Teamability and High Social Competence
