Point for point full processing of insolvency proceedings for and with the insolvency administratorin at various local courts up to the final maturity, including the following activities: Determination of economic and legal circumstances of insolvency debtors Compilation of opinions and reports at local courts Organisation of operations, testing and design of rehabilitation measures Examination of right of separation settlement of current debt Monitoring of receivable management Processing of objections Writing process-related writing Monitoring liquidity status Contact personin for process participants Preparing creditors' meetings Negotiations with various parties Coordination of service providers In perspective, we are planning a development for the insolvency administrator*.

You can. You work independently and structured and score with your excellent communication skills You also have: Jura-Studium with successfully completed 2nd State Exam Excellent legal competence, also reflected in your exam notes Including professional experience in insolvency processing Embossed knowledge in MS Office applications Safe handling of modern office communication Ideally experience dealing with the administrator-specific software programs Winsolvenz.P4 / LEXolution.DMS You have: A self-safe and authentic appearance A high level of commitment, readiness to learn and ability to learn A high level of social competence and team skills Organizational and analytical skills You are: communication strong, careful, precise, committed, team-capable and loyal
