With our activity we set the basis for almost 70% of all clinical diagnoses. As a large laboratory, MEDILYS offers the highest level of laboratory medicine for clinics throughout Germany, established doctors and other medical facilities. Hygiene services and microbiological studies complete the range of services. Every year, we produce about 5 million findings from about 19 million analyses in the field of clinical chemistry, hematology, hemostaseology, serology and molecular genetics and process about 440,000 entries for bacterial diagnostics.

For our laboratory team Radeberg we are looking for full-time/part-time and unlimited Medical technologists for laboratory analysis (MTL) / MTLA / VMTA (w/m/d)

Wide range of methods: Responsive implementation of a diverse range of methods of laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology (BG+KP) and hemostaseology. This covers the entire process from preanalysis to the careful assessment of the results for accuracy and plausibility. State-of-the-art technology: operation, calibration and maintenance of state-of-the-art analyzers to ensure precise and reliable results. Self-sponsored analysis: independent conduct and selection of automated and non-automatic analyses in human material. Microscopic expertise: Versatile manual activities, including the precise microscopic assessment, for example, of urinary agents and blood smears. Patient-centred diagnostics: Extensive diagnostics at various workplaces within the laboratory to ensure optimal health care for our patients. Quality management: Active participation in quality management in the field of activity, including quality control, conscientious device documentation, and participation in ring trials. Training: Complete vocational training for medical technologists for laboratory analysis (MTL), medical-technical laboratory assistants (MTLA), veterinary medical technical assistants (VMTA) with or without professional experience. Flexibility: willingness to participate in shift services incl. Standby service from 0:00 to 6:00 to support our 24/7 operation. Teamability: Strong team and communication skills as well as strong service and customer orientation. Computer knowledge: Good knowledge in MS-Office and ideally first experience with a laboratory-EDV system. Understanding: for a good understanding in the team and for communication in the clinics it is important that you already bring German language skills.
