a qualification as a nurse (e.g. a state-approved old-career:in or nurse/career, nurse/career) a management-related training (at least 460 hours) or a degree in nursing management multi-year professional experience as nursing service Experience in service and tour planning as well as in accounting of outpatient services high standards of quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency strong sense of responsibility, convincing and winning communication skills high motivation as well as empathy and fingertip feeling to guide and tie employees
