What you are moving with us:

• Planning and control of maintenance measures and disposition of vehicles and equipment of the Bundeswehr in internal and external maintenance facilities according to Process specifications including order monitoring and audit Creation and monitoring of the sub-budget within the product group to ensure the availability of material and implementation of a solution-oriented Communication with the service providers and the customer Bundeswehr * Implementation of a proactive order control, monitoring of logistical key figures and processes, processing of deviations
• Ordering of forwarding and coordination and monitoring of transport operations
• Monitoring, ensuring and optimising the required service level as well as maintaining the contractually accepted and accepted unit numbers for the associated product portfolio

What you bring:

• completed vocational training and certified specialist training (e.g. farmer, master, technician)
• multi-year professional experience
• very good Excel and SAP knowledge (CS/MM)
• Basic business and technical knowledge
• good knowledge of the federal military and central logistics processes
• a result-oriented, analytical and structured way of working and a high degree of sense of responsibility
