Design and continuous optimization of our digital order lines for Commodity and Energy Solutions (especially PV and Heating Solutions) with a focus on a positive customer experience Further development of the customer journey including the design and implementation of journeys and use cases as well as systematic integration of customer feedback to optimize user guidance and processes Creation and continuous optimization of landing pages with focus on KPI's and user management Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to implement customer-oriented digital solutions and use cases Conception and implementation of webinars (B2C & B2B) for lead generation and support of B2B online marketing activities (Content & Social Media Ads) Support and further development of integrated assessment platforms Close cooperation with the performance marketing including representation as needed

A degree in marketing, BWL, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in customer experience, online marketing or digital sales processes Experience with CMS systems, digital platforms and ideally order ranges as well as a good understanding of common online marketing channels High digital affinity and a good technical understanding for systems, data flows and relationships Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Embossed feeling for customer experiences, user management, content and conversion as well as high own initiative
