As Senior Group Accountant (m/w/d), you are responsible for the consolidation and consolidated financial statements of the d&b Group according to HGB. You develop our Group Accounting Directive and the Group-wide billing price model and take on the technical responsibility for our Lucanet consolidation system. You work closely with VP Accounting, Management and our international companies. Compared with auditing, tax consulting, financial management and lenders, you represent your topics professionally and confidently.

You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the d&b Group and its subgroups, including capital, debt, expenditure and income consolidation, intermediate income elimination and deferred taxes. The consolidated financial statements according to HGB are set up in a timely and reliable manner. This includes consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, equity level and consolidated financial statements. International companies accompany you on reporting packages, accounting questions and group-internal voting. New companies are structured into the consolidation circle. Our Group Accounting and Assessment Policy will continue to develop, assess complex issues and translate legal changes into binding corporate regulations. For Lucanet, you take the technical responsibility, optimierst consolidation rules and interfaces and automate recurring steps in the final process. The group-wide billing price model continues along our business model and controls policies, target margins, year-end adjustments and the associated documentation. Financial audits, tax audits, and finance projects accompany you professionally, such as corporate acquisitions, initial consolidations, restructurings or fast-close initiatives.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Informatics with a focus on Accounting, Finance or Taxes or a comparable qualification. You have many years of professional experience in group accounting, consolidation or auditing and have already accompanied or replied to HGB consolidated financial statements. Group balance and consolidation methods are safe. At the same time, you understand tax and business relationships and can judge complex facts in a sound manner. You work routined with consolidation software and sophisticated financial data. Ideally you know Lucanet or a comparable system. Ideally, you have already developed or supervised billing price models, intra-group policies or transfer pricing documentation.
