Property Manager - Focus on Hygiene & Cleaning (m/f/d)

Your duties • Management and coordination of our cleaning team (up to 8 employees) in the dermatologist Hamburg • Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and quality requirements according to RKI guidelines • Optimization of cleaning processes in close cooperation with quality management • Organisation of material and ordering in the field of hygiene and building cleaning • Interface communication with medical professionals, home technology and purchasing

Your profile • Training in building cleaning, facility services or comparable • Multiannual experience in object management or team management – ideally in the medical environment • Knowledge of hygiene management and legal regulations • Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and communication strength • Good knowledge of German in word and writing
