Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and continuous optimization of Functional Safety Development Processes for Embedded Systems/Software for E/E Architecture Application of relevant safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508) and derivation and implementation of specific requirements for E/E systems and software Development and implementation of technical safety concepts for embedded systems, including Functional Safety Concept (FSC) and Technical Safety Concept (TSC) Creation and maintenance of safety-related documentation (Safety Plan, Safety Case, Hazard Analysis, FMEA, FMEDA) along the entire development process Advice and support of internal teams on functional safety issues and promotion of company-wide safety culture Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, such as certification bodies and development departments

Complete technical studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science, alternatively a comparable qualification Long-term (at least 5 years) professional experience in Functional Safety, preferably a further education on ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or comparable standards routine in the development of safety-critical embedded systems, in particular ECU, PLC or software Experience in the introduction and optimization of functional security processes as well as in work in a dynamic project environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing An analytical and structured way of working, problem-solving competence and communication strength for cooperation with specialist departments as well as at management level
