Senior Expert System Engineering ground stations P-8A (w/m/d) The HMAM13 team is directly responsible for providing spare parts, tools and ground service and testing systems for the P-8A mission system. This includes providing the material on site as well as supplying the marine laying. We also provide the complete IT system for operational support – and evaluation – and offer technical, operational and strategic support, advice and support as a contact person on site during ongoing operations.

Technical planning of system support from ground stations over the entire life cycle from introduction to extraction Definition, validation and review of system requirements and their data management/processing Continuing existing system models (building, care, further development) Compilation of technical documentation for systems/subsystems (e.g. system specifications, integration and test plans, test specifications for integration and acceptance tests) Responsibility of component integration into the system Responsible for planning and implementation to introduce new processes and tools within the framework of system support, as well as continuous development and automation participation in future topics such as automation concepts, AI-based monitoring, and their integration; Technical support / feasibility analyses for complex system requests; Technical/technical sales support in the initiative and offer phase Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer Compliance with the standards/standards necessary for the task

Complete studies in engineering, electrical engineering, technical informatics and a comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the development of IT systems or military ground stations or in the engineering of complex digital systems Extensive experience in requirements engineering Knowledge of common tools (e.g. DOORS, JIRA, Enterprise Architect) Experience in the analysis of existing processes and the development of optimization measures Experience in dealing with external and internal partners Embossed quality awareness, high customer orientation and safe handling of customers Contact and communication strength as well as joy in team collaboration Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
