Violence against children and adolescents and sexualized violence at work are social problems. For the protection of the people entrusted to the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe, there are welfare and protection concepts throughout Germany. Child protection includes various forms of violence in the Johanniter accident, e.g. sexualized violence both in children and young people or violence by neglect or disregard for the welfare of children and young people.
