Business Process Specialist SCM (m/w/d) Full time Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany As a Business Process Specialist SCM (m/w/d), you are driving digitization, data and process optimization at our production site in Henstedt-Ulzburg. You connect production, supply chain and IT and efficiently shape business processes, transparent and sustainable. You play a central role in the introduction and further development of ERP, CAQ and BI solutions as well as in innovative digitalization projects. With your know-how, you create the basis for data-based decisions and continuous process improvements. You want to make changes and actively drive the digital transformation? Then we're happy to meet you. Your tasks: You analyze, document and optimize digitally supported business processes in the factory with a focus on supply chain management. You identify digitalization potentials and accompany the introduction of new systems and technologies in cooperation with the departments and corporate IT. You will continue and develop IT-supported production and SCM systems, in particular ERP, QM/CAQ, Power-BI and other specialist applications. You coordinate system implementations, tests, training and rollouts and ensure smooth implementation. You develop an integrated data and KPI landscape for the plant and ensure transparency and data quality. You coordinate the cooperation between departments, key users and corporate IT and prioritize process and improvement. Your qualifications: You have a successfully completed training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the technical, production or business information environment. You will bring relevant professional experience for the first years, ideally in the production or ERP environment as well as in the project work. You have good knowledge of production processes, ERP systems and digitally supported business processes. You convince with pronounced analytical thinking and a strong problem-solving competence. You are characterized by high communication skills and can safely communicate between disciplines, key users and IT. You bring interest in digitalization and process optimization and work structured, independent and solution-oriented.
